What we do

Academic enrichment: We work with staff and students across the department and partnering committees to host lecture programmes and gather useful resources for your studies.
Career development: We host a range of networking events and industry talks, as well as working with sponsors to keep you informed about new internship opportunities and placements.
Social events: Across the year there are a variety of events from regular games nights to formal dinners. We also offer student mentorship via additional events on the Maths "Mums and Dads" programme.
Foster a learning environment: We work to enhance your university experience with a pleasant departmental environment, including new green spaces and decoration, and the fostering of inter-year discussion.
